Kids who receive positive reinforcement for their good work are motivated to keep working hard. So it’s important to reward the behavior you want to see more often. Positive reinforcement can come in a variety of ways, praises, edibles, toys, objects etc., anything that is motivating to your child to “work” for. For example parents want to “catch” their kids doing good things.  A behavior a parent would want to see more of would be sharing their toys with their sibling,  picking up after themselves, eating their food.   Every time a parent catches this behavior reward the action and you will see a positive reaction!
